Abstract
In order to select optimal medium and culture conditions from clustered buds subculture proliferation of Dendrobium candidum, taking the MS as the basic medium, the effect of activated carbon, plant hormones, organic additives, temperature, light and other factors on growth of Dendrobium candidum were studied. The results showed that the best formola for clustered buds subculture proliferation was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+banana 100 g/L+activated carbon 0.5 g/L+sucrose 30 g/L,proliferation coefficient reached 7.16 in 60 days;optimal temperature was 25℃,with optimal light intensity for 2 000 lx.
