Abstract
The enforcement of environment administration law ensures the smooth implementation of environment laws.This paper discusses the definition,means and function of environment administration law enforcement,summarizes the achievement gained in the past twenty years in China,and points out the difficult situation that the enforcement of environment law faces in terms of system,means and monitoring mechanism and puts forward countermeasures for the improvement of the enforcement of laws in China..
