Research and Application of Data Cage for Traffic Administrative Law Enforcement Based on Big Data

According to the overall deployment of comprehensively implement the rule of law, there is an urgent new and higher requirement in regulating law enforcement behavior and improving the law enforcement supervision and management level. In order to realize the administrative law enforcement and supervision of "standardization, intelligence, Informatization", it is urgent to solve outstanding problems such as supervision and management of the whole process of law enforcement. This paper proposes the use of information technology, based on big data related technology and Bayesian algorithm, through the automatic supervision and early warning and management of law enforcement, to gather the whole process of law enforcement information, from multiple directions, multi-faceted law enforcement data cage, recording the whole process information, keep the power operates in the sun, providing effective support for new model of law enforcement supervision and management.
