The effect observation of nifedipine sustained release tablet combined with enalapril in elderly patient with essential hypertension:on 60 cases report

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nifedipine sustained release tablet(naxintong) combined withenalapril in elderly patient with essential hypertension.Methods 180 cases elderly patients with essential hypertension wererandomly divided into A,B,C group,each of 60 cases.A group were given naxintong oral,each time 20mg,1 or 2 times a day;B group received enalapril oral,each time 10mg,twice a day;C group were given naxintong combined with enalapril treatment.After treatment,compared clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of three groups.Results The total effective rate of C group(96.7%) was higher than that of A group(66.7%) and B group(60.0%),the difference were statistically significant(P 0.01).The incidence of adverse reaction in C group and A group were no significant difference(P 0.05).However,patientsin each group cound be tolerated,did not affect the treatment.Conclusion Naxintong combined with enalapril in elderly patient with essential hypertension is effective,and adverse reaction mild,should be widely applied.
