The Efficacy and Safety of aobetasolpropionate Compound Ointment, in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of clobetasolpropionate compound ointment(0.05% clobetasol propi-onate and 0.025 % tretinoin) in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Randomized,double-blindness and positive drug parallel comparison trial. Trial group, control groupl and control group2 were respectively given clobetasolpropionate Compound,0. 05 % clobetasol propionate and 0. 025% tretinoin. To observe the change of symptom and sign in every patient and to analyse every group's data. Results There were significant differences of efficacy among trial group and ochers(P0.05) and no adverse effects in all groups. Conclusion Clobetasol propionate Compound is an effective and safe drug in treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
