Research on Construction of Practice Base for Tourism Management Major from the Perspective of Resource Integration

With the fast development of Chinese industry,tourism enterprises' requirement for college students' practical ability has become higher and higher.Practice bases are classrooms to carry out practice-teaching actively.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen establishment of practice base for tourism management major.The concept and connation of resource integration is explained.Secondly,the framework of practice base from is drawn from the guideline and construction rules.Thirdly,it put forward to three basic model of establishment of practice base.Finally,the guarantee system of establishment of practice base is constructed from two aspects: organization structure and management regulations.
