This paper demonstrates the internal relationship of culture with practice and innovation capability, analyzes the problems in the training of practice and innovation talents of Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management, and finally proposes the methods for this training from cultural perspective: to make clear training principles for practice and innovation talents; to take spiritual cultural construction as core to extract the essence of practice and innovation culture; to take system cultural construction as guarantee to build fertile ground for practice and innovation talents; and take material cultural construction as carrier to improve hard environment foundation for training practice and innovation talents.
