A brief analysis on the constructing and implementing of tourism management specialized practical teaching system in Higher-vocational Education

Tourist enterprises universal existence use tourism specialized intern's phenomenon in human resources disposition,however,Many Higher-vocational colleges would bump into much difficulties when they organized the student developed the practice teaching,finally caused the practice to become a mere formality,the practice level is not high,the practice effect is not good and so on.Based on the talented characteristics of Higher-vocational education,the tourist profession-al characteristics and the tourist enterprise's operating condition,this thesis discusses renewing our thinking,establishing the practical teaching man-agement organizations,implementing practical plan formulation and practical effect inspection target system so on.So as to administrate the practical teachings and guarantee the realization of tourist higher-vocational training objectives.
