Abstract
The tensions between current practice teaching base construction and teaching objectives and requirements has seriously hampered the quality of talent cultivation. Through the study of policy level and the exploration of the methods to ease the contradiction, we offer our proposal that the government should provide policy basis, legal protection and incentives for the revolution of practice base, and also the government should offer ideas for the adjustment, transformation, development and promotion of the practice base's construction in university reform process.
