Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in dendranthema indicum with HPLC.METHODS DIONEX-ACCLAIM.120 C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used, the mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer solution(pH 2.5) and methanol with gradient elution;flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1;column temperature was 35 ℃;the detective wavelength was 350 nm.RESULTS The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.024 μg to 0.192 μg,r=0.999 4,the average recovery was 98.3% with RSD of 1.2%.The range of luteolin was 0.058 μg to 0.464 μg,r=0.999 8,the average recovery was 97.3%,RSD was1.8%.CONCLUSION The method is stable, reliable, precise and can be used for the quality standard of Dendranthema indicum.
