Clinical application of vitapex paste on root canal therapy

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of vitapex paste on root canal therapy.Methods 68 cases who needed root canal therapy were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in control group were given conventional treatment,34 cases in observation group were given vitapex paste treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The successful rate of observation group was 100%,which was 85.3% in control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05),one week after operation,the pain relief of observation group was much better than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion The application of vitapex paste on root canal therapy is effective,simple and convenient with fewer adverse reactions.
