Clinical Investigate of Deciduous Teeth Apical Weeks the Disease to Vitapex Root Canal Sealers Cure

Objective To explore the clinical treatment of pediatric primary analysis of periapical disease of root canal filling paste Vitapex treatment.Methods From January to 2012 2008 in our hospital between January 97 cases of mammary periapical diseases in children oral cavity in 131 teeth,were randomly divided into A,B two group,A group of 65 teeth with root canal filling paste Vitapex treatment;B group 66 teeth with Zoe iodoform paste treatment,after treatment of children for 1 to 2 years of follow-up,the comparative efficacy.Results A,B after treatment in two groups in the reaction rate comparison,6.15% of A group was significantly lower than that in B group of 13.64%;in the treatment efficiency of comparison,96.92% of A group was higher than that of group B 86.36%.Conclusion The clinical application of treatment of pediatric primary teeth root canal filling paste Vitapex periapical disease,postoperative reaction rate is low,filler absorption,clinical effect.
