Inclusive treatment for multi-trauma in emergency department

Objective Investigate the management form and effect of emergency medical treatment for multi-trauma Methods Inclusive treatment (first aid at pro-hospital, emergency treatment ,emergency operation, critical care at emergency intensive care unite and medical treatment at emergency ward) were finished in emergency department. Results 126 cases of multi-trauma were studied. Emergency operation were performed and critical care after operation were carried out at emergency department in 84 cases and 7 were died; 34 cases were transfused to special department after basic life support and 18 were died. Conclusion Inclusive treatment for multi-trauma at emergency department may increase successful resuscitation rate.
