On the Necessity of Adoptition Administrative Monopoly into Chinese Anti-Monopoly

As the main monopoly form in China,administrative monopoly is harmful to competition and socialist market economy.Administrative monopoly makes the competiton in a special market unfair and prevents the formation of united market all over the country.Controlling administrative monopoly by law is in itself one kind of reform of political and economic system.It is necessary that we should adopt administrative monopoly into our future anti-monopoly law.
