Abstract

The administrative monopoly is a state's behavior in the form of public power that hinders the market competition.Its causes includes the leader's concept,political and economic system,etc.It differs the market monopoly from legal fact,which leads to the different legal relations.Therefore,the methods,procedure and system of the traditional anti-monopoly law never eliminate the administrative monopoly.
