Clinical effect observation of acupoint injection combined with Chinese Medicine treatment in knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection combined with Chinese Medicine treatment in knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 cases patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into treatment group and control group,each of 50 cases.Treatment group were treated by acupoint injection combined with Chinese Medicine treatment,while control group took glucosamine tablet,vitamin C and meloxicam tablet.After treatment,compared clinical efficacy and change of symptom total score of 2 groups.Results After treatment,the excellent rate of patients with X-rayⅠ grade,Ⅱ grade of treatment group were higher than those of control group(P0.05),total effective rate of two groups was not statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,total symptom score of two groups decreased,total symptom score of X-rayⅠ grade、Ⅱ grade in treatment group were lower than those in control group,the difference were statistical significance(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Acupoint injection combined with Chinese Medicine treatment in knee osteoarthritis can improve the clinical symptoms effectively.
