Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods September 2010-2012 in September,in patients with early osteoarthritis of the knee 146 cases were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,Chinese medicine group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine theory,under the guidance of Chinese Herbs and washing method of acupuncture,massage therapy,Western medicine with western medicine,the efficacy of the two groups were compared after 6 months.Results The patients with traditional Chinese medicine group total effective rate was 93.75%,total effective rate was 38.24% in the treatment group patients,results significantly different,statistically significant (P 0.05);knee function score of TCM treatment group (1.23 ± 0.56) the degree of pain (0.56 ± 0.22) points,the function recovery time (65.36 ± 11.33) days,knee function score of the treatment group (2.84 ± 1.32) points,the degree of pain (2.84 ± 1.35) sub-function recovery time (125.14 ± 8.62) days,the results were,statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion The use of Chinese medicine treatment of early osteoarthritis of the knee function recovery is faster and better,there is always a good way to more efficient,is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
