Abstract

Through analyzing the factors such as the scale,performance,internationalization,growth and development potential of high-tech industry in Pearl River Delta,the empirical research shows that the high-tech industry's comprehensive competitiveness is increasing annually,the industry scale is enlarging.It also reveals the fluctuating character for industry potential growth.The writers bring forward the suggestions on the aspects such as industrial policy,scientific investment,self-innovation,talent construction and environment building.
