Analysis of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection situation and drug sensitivity test in 1200 patients

Objective The aim of the study was to investigate the infection situation and drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),and to guide the rational use of antibacterial agents in clinic.Methods Mycoplasma identification kit was applied to the clinical determination and drug resistance analysis of Ureaplasma urealyticum.Results A total of 1 200 cases(47.4%)were UU positive in 2 532 cases.Among the 1 200 cases,349 cases(30.0%)were males,and 851 cases(62.1%) were females.The drug sensitivity to josamycin and minocycline was the highest,followed by deoxycycline, ambramycin and clarithromycin.The sensitivity to ofloxacin,erythromycin and ciprofloxacin was lower.Conclusion The infected rate of UU is rising in recent years.Sensitive and effective antibiotics should be selected to treat UU infection according to drug sensitivity test.
