Abstract
Objective To acquire the information about the current resistance characteristics and infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU ).Methods Series of mycoplasma microculture and synchronism drug sensitivity test kits were used to identify the Ureaplasma urealyticum and analyze the drug susceptibility for 12 820 cases. Results Among 12 820 cases of NGU,UU positive were 7811 cases (60.93%),and female infection rate was significantly higher than males(P 0.01);The result of susceptibility showed that the highest resistant rates to quinolones(61.55%);however,tetracycline showed the low resistant rates(3.84%),and no significant difference in three years(P0.05).Conclusion Uu is the main urinary tract infection pathogenic, and there are different degrees of drug resistance, women infection rate was significantly higher than men, susceptibility testing results should be combined with clinical medicine.
