Analysis of Drug-sensitivity Test of Ureaplasma Urealyticum in 403 Cases of Patients with Urogenital Infection

Objective To investigate the drug-sensitivity of mycoplasma among patients with sexually transmitted disease in BeiJing,and to guide the rational use of antimicrobial agents.Methods 403 cases of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) infection among outpatients were analyzed retrospectively.Results The drug-sensitivity test of 9 antibiotics showed that the high sensitivity rates in minocycline,clathyromycin,doxycycline and josamycin were 96.3%,95.6%,95.5% and 90.8% respectively;the resistance rates in ofloxacin,sparfloxacin,roxithromycin and azithromycin were 19.9%,18.1%,12.7% and 10.9% respectively.Conclusion The therapy of mycoplasma infection should be based on the results of mycoplasma culture and its drug-sensitivity test,minocycline,clathyromycin,doxycycline and josamycin may be used as the first choice for the treatment of the UU infection.
