Abstract
Objective To explore the changes and significance of serum myocardial enzyme and C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From Jan,2006 to Jun,2008,96 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage were enrolled, other 96 healthy volunteers were enrolled as control group. The level of serum myocardial enzyme and CRP was detected and compared in both groups.According to the volume of hemorrhage, the difference of serum myocardial enzyme and CRP was detected and compared. In addition, the indexes was compared in effective group and non-effective group after similar therapy procedure. Results The level of serum myocardial enzyme and CRP in cerebral hemorrhage group was significantly higher than those in control group(P0.05),and those in large amount cerebral hemorrhage group was higher than those in small amount cerebral hemorrhage group(P0.05).Furthermore,the indexes were higher in non-effective group than effective group(P0.05).As for neurologic impairment scoring,it improved obviously in higher serum myocardial enzyme patients than normally serum myocardial enzyme patients(P0.05)Conclusion In patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, the level of the serum myocardial enzyme and CRP increased obviously, and the degree of which were related to the volume of cerebral hemorrhage and prognosis.
