Abstract
Objective:To show the differences in serum lipids between patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 188 cases of cerebral infarction,79 cases of cerebral hemerrhage, and 135 cases of non-cardiocerebral vascular disease(control group) were collected, their blood lipid data were analysed. Results: TC,TG,LDL-C levels of patients with cerebral infarction were obviously higher than those of the control group(P0.01),while serum levels of TC,HDL-C,LDL-C with cerebral hemorrhage were obviously higher than those of the control group(P 0.05~0.01).However,there was no obvious difference in serum lipids except serum levels of TG between the patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage(P 0.05),and there was no obvious difference in serum levels of Lp(a) between the three group. Conclusion: There are differences in serum lipids between patients in the stroke and control groups, and there is a negative relationship between cerebral infarction and serum levels of TG while there is a positive relationship between cerebral hemorrhage and serum levels of TG.These materials also show that there is no significant difference in serum lipids except TG between the patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
