Abstract
Objective To discuss the influence of psychological nursing to the AMI patients in ICU. Methods 64 AMI patients in ICU were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group on the basis of the control group, given the pertinent psychological nursing. Results In the observation group, the total satisfactory rate was 96.88%, the control group the total satisfactory rate was 84.38%; the difference was significant(P0.05), the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Psychological nursing can impact on the outcome of AMI and the prognosis of the patients, improve the clinical treatment effect and patient satisfaction.
