Application of psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of patient with acute myocardial infarction in ICU

Objective To investigate application effect of psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of patient with acute myocardial infarction in ICU. Methods 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction in ICU from November 2011 to November 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 40 cases.Conventional treatment and care was used in control group,on the basis of conventional care,psychological nursing intervention was used in observation group.SAS score,SDS score and nursing satisfaction rate in two groups was compared respectively. Results After one week and one month of intervention,SAS score and SDS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference(P0.05).Total nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than that of control group(85.00%),with statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion Effective psychological nursing intervention can significantly alleviate anxiety and depression psychology of patient with acute myocardial infarction in ICU,improve nursing satisfaction rate.It is worthy of promotion and application.
