Influence of psychological nursing intervention on psychological status of ICU patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the psychological state of ICU patients. Methods Ninety-six patients receiving treatment in ICU of our hospital from June 2009 to October 2010 were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,with 48 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The psychological state of the two groups before and after nursing was observed. Results After nursing,the two groups were different in the SLE-90 score,with statistical difference(P 0.05).After nursing,the two groups were different in the HAMD score,with statistical difference(P 0.05). Conclusion The additional application of psychological nursing guide on the basis of conventional nursing can effectively improve the poor psychological state of ICU patients,thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
