Effect of psychological nursing and healthy education on elderly acute myocardial infarction patients

Objective To observe the application effect of psychological nursing and health education in elderly acute myocardial infarction patients,in order to provide reference for future clinical nursing.Methods From June 2011 to June 2013,92 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction in Henan provincial chest hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and the control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group were given psychological nursing and health education.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The acute myocardial infarction related knowledge of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The rate of nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were significantly better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions In elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction,psychological nursing and health education can improve there related knowledge,effectively reduce the rate of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,promote the harmonious relationship between doctor and patient,the nursing effect is significant,so it is worthy of wide application and spreading in clinical practice.
