Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for Determination of hyperoside and rutin in the extract from Grataegus pinnatifida Bge.Method HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis by using Kromasil Cis(4.6mm×250mm,7μm)chromatography column and methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(30:70) as a mobile phase. The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0 mL/rain.The detection wavelength was at 359nm.Result The linear ranges for rutin and hyperoside were 0.051-0.51μg(r=0.9999),0.062-0.62μg(r=0.9997),respectively.The average recoveries were 100.4%(RSD=1.2%),99.0%(RSD=1.8%),respectively.Conclusion This method is easy, sensitive, reliable, accurate, reproducible and can be used to determine the contents of hyperoside and rutin in the extract from Grataegus pinnatifida Bge..
