Abstract
Objective To analyze epidemiological trend of viral hepatitis in Hongze county, and study the basis for its preventive intervention. Methods Descriptive epidemiological and correlate analytical methods were used. Results 141 cases of hepatitis in 2010 years were reported,no died. The average incidence of the disease was 36.22 per 100 000.The incidence of viral hepatitis declined 5.86% over last year.Hepatitis A slight upward trend,Hepatitis B had no obvious reduction. But the vaccination rate and the incidence rate of hepatitis A and B were negatively related. Conclusions Vaccination can reduce incidence of the disease.Viral hepatitis is still the major infectious diseases.Vaccination can effectively reduce populations of hepatitis A and B incidence.Take comprehensive measures based on vaccination are key to reduce the incidence of viral hepatitis.
