Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of ulinastatin in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis. Methods : 50 patients with acute edematous pancreatitis were randomly divided into the test group( n =25) and the control group( n =25) to receive ulinasta 50 000 units and gabexate mesilaxe 100mg respectively,both the drugs were added into 250mL glucose solution for intravenous transfusion three times per day in the first three days while once daily in the next four days. Results :The whole efficacy in the test group and the control group was 96.0% and 92.0%,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups( P 0.05). Conclusion :Ulinastatin showed clinical effectiveness in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis.\;
