Ulinastatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis Application

Abstract

Objective To investigate the ulinastatin(UTI)on the clinical effect of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 160 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,80 cases of treatment group treated intravenously with UTI and 80 cases of control group injected with octreotide,two correspondingly traditional treatment,respectively,before and after treatment effects were observed,and for statistical analysis.Results The cure of 82.5% and the total efficiency of 100%; Control group was 75%,total effective rate was 100%.Showed no significant difference( P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Ulinastatin as a new broad-spectrum protease inhibitor for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is safe and effective,low cost,is worthy of clinical application.
