Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of the contents of Geniposide in Qingre Anchuang Pills.Methods By high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),the acetonitrile-eater (11∶89) was used for the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm×5 m) was used for separation,and the detection wavelength was set at 238 nm.Results The linear range of Geniposide was 9.08~105.8 g,and its recovery rate was 100.19%.Conclusion The method of HPLC is simple and reproducible for detection of Geniposide in Qingre Anchuang Pills,which provide scientific evidence for quantity control of Qingre Anchuang Pills.
