Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for determination of the contents of geniposide in Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet.Methods: The HPLC method was used with Hypersil ODS2 C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);the acetonitrile-water(15∶85) was used as the mobile phase;the column temperature was 20℃;the detection wavelength was set at 238 nm.Results: The linear range of geniposide was 6.36-95.40 μg/ml(r=0.999 9,n=6).The average recovery rate was 99.17%(RSD=2.28%,n=6).Conclusion: The method is selective and reproducible for determination of the contents of geniposide in Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet,which provides scientific evidence for quality control of Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet.
