Abstract
Objective:To develop RP-HPLC methods for determination of the content of main intergradient geniposide in Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution.Methods:Geniposide was separated on an RP C18 column(5μm,4.6mm×200mm)and the flow rate were 1.0 mL·min-1.In the determination of deniposide,acetonitrile-water(25∶75)was rsed as mobile phase,with the detect wavelength at 238nm.Results: The linear ranges was 0.20-1.81 μg for geniposide.The mean recoveries was 98.60% with the corresponding RSD 1.39% for geniposide.Conclusions:The methods are simple,sensitive,and reproducible.
