Thoughts on Circulation of Rural Land Contractual Management Right

The key to solve three agricultural problems(agriculture,farmer and rural area) is to solve the issue on rural land.Rural land circulation is an inevitable trend of Chinese rural and agricultural development and a powerful measure to solve three agricultural problems.So the government should improve relevant rural land circulation system and property right system to adjust agricultural industrial structure,build service center for rural land transaction,clarify land ownership,and effectively solve the problems occurred in current circulation of rural land contract management,such as blurred definition on the connotation and denotation of circulation ways,imperfect property right system and circulation system on rural land,and some unsmooth and harmful problems.
