A review on rural land circulation of China

There does not exist an unanimous view on the rural land circulation problem for Chinese scholars.The relevant literature of rural land circulation problems,has provided a detailed overview on its actual situation,predicament and significance,summed up opinions on its constraints,for example,defects of rural land circulation institution,shackles of traditional ideas,high transaction costs,insufficiency of effective supply,lack of social security system,and so on,and summarized innovation system models of rural land circulation including the share-land institution,the stock-cooperation of rural land,the rural land bank,the state-owned permanent tenancy system and the privatization of rural land,and extracted policy options which can promote rural land circulation.So this study has very important theoretical and practical significance.
