Problems and Measures of Rural Circulation of Land Contractual Management Right

In our country,rural land not only undertakes the function of the social security means,but also has the economic function of being the production factors.Rural circulation of land contractual management right not only affects the farmers' vital benefits,but also has big effects on the development of agriculture and the stability of rural areas.In the paper,the different connotations between land circulation and circulation of land contractual management right are put forward.Based on this,the current problems of rural circulation of land contractual management right in our country are analyzed.Finally,some advices of how to improve and consummate rural circulation of land contractual management right in our country are offered.
