Ecological Civilization Construction from the View of Scientific Outlook on Development

Abstract

Ecological civilization is a right choice after industry civilization. It is a higher phase of human civilization. Peopleoriented view is the core of scientific outlook on development, and also is the basic value orientation of ecological civilization. Scientific outlook on development emphasizes comprehensive development, harmony development and sustainable development. It is aslo necessity for ecological civilization construction. We must insist on ecological civilization idea,form new model of development, construction system and mechanism of civilization construction in order to perform scientific outlook on development.
