Scientific Outlook on Development and Construction of Ecological Civilization

Abstract
Ecological crisis appeals to the construction of ecological civilization and the fundamental reasons lies two extreme viewpoints of development: one is the non-developmental view of development caused by determinism;the other is the anti-developmental view of development governed by extreme egoism.Construction of ecological civilization should be carried on under the guidance of scientific development viewpoint of which the first and foremost is to arrange the scientific and responsible series of system.
