Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect of treating acute cerebral infarction with Ozagrel. Methods 100 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with 20ml honghua injection, which was added to 250 ml normal saline by intravenous drip. And the treatment group before was treated with 80mg Ozagre, which was added to 250 ml normal saline by intravenous drip. The clinical effect was observed between control group and treatment group before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 82.0% and 46% respectively,There was a significant difference(p0.05).Conclusion The Ozagrel on acute cerebral infarction is better than honghua injection.
