Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and side-effects of home-made ozagrel sodium chloride(NaCl)injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.METHODS : 95 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups : treatment group(ozagrel group,48 cases) and control group(UK group,47 cases).Treatment group was given ozagrel NaCl injection 160mg by IV drop,qd for 14 days;Control group was given UK60 000U plus 0.9 % NaCl 250ml by IV drop,qd for 7 days, their therapeutic efficacy and side-effects were compared.RESULTS : Total effective rate in treatment group was 91.67%,but that in control group was 70.21 %,there was a significant difference between two groups(P0.01).CONCLUSION:Home-made ozagrel NaCl injection has confirmative efficacy on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and it is safe and has less side-effects.
