Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect of sodium ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 75 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases of treatment group and 36 cases of the control group.Intravenous infusion on treatment group with 80 mg sodium ozagrel and 250 mL normal saline once a day for three weeks, yet intravenous injection on the control group with 250 mL normal saline and 400 mg Venoruton Injection once a day for three weeks. Results Clinal neurologic functional default scoring of the treatment group is better than the control group(P0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.74%,which is significantly higher than the control group which is 83.3%(P0.01).Conclusion The experimental results show that sodium ozagrel has a better effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
