Jiangya Decoction for Hypertension in Patients with Hyperactivity of Liver Yang Quality of Life in Clinical Research

[ Objective ] To observe the Jiangya decoction in patients with essential hypertension the antihypertensive efficacy of liver yang and to permit the quality of life improve the situation. [Methods] 120 patients with hypertensive patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Western medicine control group used in the treatment prior to application of ACEI, calcium blockers, are not allowed to use other pairs of blood pressure and influence of drugs, traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment group is on this basis, plus with herbal blood pressure to drink. Treatment for 4 weeks. Observed in patients with blood pressure, TCM symptoms and quality of life changes. [Results]The traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment group, blood pressure more effective than western medicine control group, traditional Chinese medicine symptoms is superior to western medicine control group, improved quality of life is clearly superior to western medicine control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0. 05). [ Conclusion] The Jiangya decoction on Hypertension liver yang permit patients have a better antihypertensive efficacy, can significantly improve the patient 's clinical symptoms, improve patients quality of life.
