Clinical Observation of Tianmagouteng Decoction Combined Western Medicine Treatment for 68 Cases of Liver Yang Syndrone Type Hypertension

Objective:To study clinical effect of Tianmagouteng decoction combined western medicine for treatment of liver yang hypertension. Method:150 patients treated in our hospital from April 2009 to March 2013 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to different treatment regimen. The study group had 68 patients,the implementation of joint Tianmagouteng conventional medicine decoction for treatment; the control group consisted had 82 patients,the implementation of conventional western medicine. After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed. Result:After treatment,in the study group,48 patients were cured,effective 15 patients,5 patients ineffective,efficient was 92.6%; the control group 40 patients were cured,25 patients with effective and ineffective 17 patients,efficiency was 79.2%,the efficacy of the two groups were significantly different(P0.05). The antihypertensive effect of the study group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Tianmagouteng decoction combined western medicine for treatment of liver yang hypertension has significant clinical efficacy,greatly improve clinical efficiency and significantly reduce the patient's systolic blood pressure,it is widely used in clinical promotion.
