Abstract
OBJECTIVETo find out the method for dete ct ing the content of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle. METHODS Separation and detection were performed by the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method. The C 18 was as stationary phase, the 4 mg/ L of acetonitrile phosphoric acid was as mobile phase, the detection of wave l ength was 328nm and the column of temperature was 25℃.RESULTSCh lorgenic acid in the linear range was 0.029~0.232μg , and the recovery rate of sample was 97.6% and RSD was 1.26%.CONCLUSIONThe HPLC me thod could be used to detect chlorogenic acid capsules rapidly and accurately.
