Abstract

The food safety has become the one of focus in China and the world,China's food safety supervision system still have some problems,for example,Legal system is not perfect,Custody is unclear,Safety standards are not uniform,Large the regulatory have high rights,but low responsibilities.This Article will have a in-depth discussion on these issues and explore solutions.
