Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilation in patients with acute left heart failure. Methods 56 patients with acute left heart failure in our hospital from January2012 to December 2013 were treated, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 28 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was received noninvasive ventilator. Curative effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results In the observation group, the clinical efficacy was better than control group(P0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of acute left heart failure is significant, and is worthy of clinical application.
