Abstract

Objective To study clinical effects of non-invasive ventilator in treatment of acute left heart failure in the emergency department. Methods 80 patients with acute left heart failure were selected in our hospital emergency patients, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given conventional strong heart drug treatment, the treatment group was given noninvasive ventilator treatment, detected two groups of PaO 2,SaO 2 and the patient 's heart rate, blood pressure and changes of respiratory frequency. Results In the control group, the total efficiency of 67.5%,total effective rate in the observation group was 82.5%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P 0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment all indexes had obvious changes, compared with before treatment, the difference has statistical significance(P 0.05),the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions Using non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with acute left heart failure during the emergency process has excellent results, better recovery, worthy of clinical application.
