Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect and application value of early application of noninvasive ventilator in the first-aid of acute left heart failure. Methods 76 cases with acute left heart failure patients selected from our department were randomly divided into Research Group and Control Group with 38 cases in each group. Routine drug therapy was used for Control Group noninvasive ventilator in combination with routine drug therapy was used for Research Group since the admission. The curative effect as well as the change of life signs and blood gas analysis of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in Research Group was 92.1% and significantly higher than that in Control Group which was 52.6%, and there was statistical difference(P0.05). The life signs and blood gas analysis of Research Group was significantly improved compared with Control Group(P0.05). Conclusion Early application of noninvasive ventilator in the first-aid of acute left heart failure has a better curative effect, and can effectively alleviate the symptoms, which is worthy of being promoted in grass-root units.
