Abstract

The production technology of flavonoids from peach leaves with organic solvent was investigated in this article. The influence of alcohol concentration,liquid-solid ratio and extraction time on the yield of total flavonoids was researched by the response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were an extraction temperature of 60℃,an ethanol concentration of 67%,an extraction time of 4 hours, and a liquid-solid ratio of 22:1(mL/g).The yield of flavonoids under the optimum conditions was 3.63%.The regression equation, which obtained by multiple linear regression, can accurately reflect the correlation of the yield of total flavonoids, ethanol concentration, extraction time and liquid-solid ratio, and the optimum technology can be used as the production instruction of extracting flavonoids from peach leaves.
